Absolutely! The Lolliprops showroom is a one of its kind here in Ireland and a visit to us is great opportunity to see our fabulous props up close & personal. You will get a real feel for their size, quality and impact which a photo can’t always do. Our props are showcased so that you can see how groups of props can work together to create the mood for your event.

Regrettably children are not allowed in the showroom as it is also a working warehouse environment.
Prices are dependent on the length of rental which can be different on each event. We are happy to supply you with an itemised quote once we know which props you are interested in. We need to know more about your event which includes the venue, address plus the dates and times for delivery and collection. It is also very important to give us as much detail as you can about the venue access i.e. steps | ramps | which floor | lift access | height & width restrictions (if known). As some of our props are quite large it is important to know that they can fit into the venue.
Generally our rental period is 48 hours or Friday to Monday including Bank holidays. However, as events can be of varying lengths we can tailor make a rental package to suit your needs.
No, our transport charges are additional to the rental price. These charges are dependent on the size of your order, venue & access plus your dates & times.
No, our rental price covers a delivery and drop off only. If you require our team to set up & position the props within your event then we would be happy to provide a quote for this service.
VAT is additional at 23%.

Creating your list:
Our standard transport times are 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and 8.30am-12.30pm on Saturdays. We can of course provide transport outside of these times, please call us to discuss further.
We normally offer a two hour window on deliveries and collections but we are happy to arrange a specific time slot to help you with your event schedule. Please advise us of this when requesting a quote.
No, unfortunately not. Our team are trained to handle our props so they are delivered with care and in perfect condition and we have a fleet of trucks in which to transport the props carefully.
The exception to this are our very small props which may be transported in a car/small van, depending on the individual pieces ordered and subject to agreement with us in advance.
Yes, all our props are transported & delivered in protective wrapping so they arrive in perfect condition.
Any props that require assembly will be assembled by our team on site for you. Otherwise our normal rental covers a delivery drop only. However, if you require our team to set up & position the props in your venue we are happy to do so. Please call us to discuss further.
Unfortunately no, for safety reasons we are unable to carry props up or down flights of stairs. It is important you know the access and any restrictions of the venue you are holding your event in before placing your order. Dimensions of each prop are listed but if you need more information on any particular prop then please just ask, we’re happy to help.
Once you know the props you would like then you can send this list to us by either creating a ‘My List’ from our website or by emailing us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please remember to let us know your events dates as we will need to check availability when preparing your quote.
We will confirm back if everything you have requested is available, and make suggestions for alternatives if something is not available.

No, you can order anything from the smallest prop on its own right through to a full theme.
You can make amendments up to 24 hours before delivery, subject to stock availability.
Our props are your responsibility while at your event. We ask that you please take care of them as they are very valuable. If you need to move them around, then please use trolleys or other lifting equipment suitable for the prop.
There is a ‘replacement charge’ for each item detailed on the rental document. VAT is chargeable on all losses/breakages.
Our props are designed for decoration purposes only and are not to be climbed on. The props are not toys so we ask that children are carefully supervised at all times. We do not take responsibility for any injuries caused by misuse of our props while in your care.
No, we ask that you store them securely indoors.
Payment is required seven days before delivery, or on confirmation of order if placed within seven days of delivery, unless you have an account with us. We accept Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers.
For Seasonal props (Christmas, Halloween etc.) payment is required at time of order confirmation.

Absolutely! If we are providing an Out of Hours delivery/collection service for your event you will be given a contact & mobile so you can always reach us. We are always at the end of the phone for you!
